Objective:
To provide consumers with convenience in shopping for products at the largest clothing market in Thailand, Pratunam Market, without the need to physically visit. Customers can shop from anywhere through the Pratunampay App anytime, with home delivery service. The app offers a wide variety of clothing items from Pratunam, updating with tens of thousands of products daily. It provides convenience in payment with an option for cash on delivery, without the need for customers to pay in advance and affordable shipping fees. It also features "Flash Sale" products from factories looking to clear their large stock by selling at cost.
Goal:
To be the #1 clothing product selling app in Thailand, focusing particularly on the Thai audience, deeply understanding and catering to the Thai lifestyle culture. Supporting local Thai clothing brands by giving them a platform to sell, and competing with foreign apps that might not understand the true needs of Thai consumers.

Established in:
November 2021. Originally, the founders were involved in the clothing business and had a shop in Pratunam Market for over 10 years. With their vast experience and connections within various stores in the Pratunam Market, they conceived this project. They rented a warehouse at the heart of the Pratunam clothing market to stock products from reputable stores in the market. This is done to sell them in an online shopping format. The company is legally registered in accordance with Thai laws and has a properly functioning office located in Pratunam Market with a staff of 20 regular employees. We are a startup business and are in the startup phase, but we are determined to make this app successful. We are confident that we operate a genuine business selling clothes through our app. We kindly request Apple to trust and consider us for inclusion in the App Store.
Technical Development Information:
We developed the app using PWA (Progressive Web App) technology to create a system for versatility, allowing it to support multiple platforms with a single codebase without needing to write separate code for each platform. The app is exclusively designed for use within Thailand, hence all language used in the app is entirely in Thai.
Workflow:
The process is similar to standard e-commerce apps with no significant deviations. Customers browse the products, and if they wish to purchase, they need to register and log in to place an order. Once products are added to the cart, they proceed to the shipping section to select the delivery address and preferred shipping method. Then, they move to the payment page, choosing either to transfer money to the company or opt for cash-on-delivery. The products are delivered within approximately 3-5 business days. If unsatisfied, customers can return the products and get a refund. PratunamPay guarantees customer satisfaction, ensuring customers can confidently have a positive online shopping experience, receiving quality products that match the advertised descriptions.
